The body is 1.5 mm aluminium with a sublimated wood-grain film that is UV stable and needs no oiling, so it keeps the warmth of timber without the annual maintenance. The canopy sheds rain clear of the aperture and hides the liner rim.
The frame is aluminium throughout, which keeps the unit light enough for two people to reposition and removes the rust risk at the base — the failure point on painted steel bins in coastal or de-icing environments.
Length, height, grain tone and aperture position can be changed. For runs along a promenade we can supply linked units with a continuous canopy line.
