JINGTAI is built as an integrated supplier rather than a single-product factory. Steel and aluminium products are fabricated and finished in-house; plastics, castings and sanitation vehicles come from vetted partner factories under the same inspection regime and the same export documentation.
Production is organised in four shops — sheet-metal cutting and forming, welding and frame assembly, pre-treatment and powder coating, and final assembly and packing. Products leave as a packed, inspected, labelled kit rather than as loose parts.
Seven steps, each with its own inspection point: cutting, bending, welding, pre-treatment, coating, wood-grain sublimation, assembly. Process sheets travel with the batch, so a repeat order can be traced back to the parameters used the first time.
Incoming material certificates, first-off dimensional checks, coating thickness readings, salt-spray sampling where specified, and a pre-shipment photo report for every order. Inspection records are issued with the shipping documents.
Two ways to work with us. OEM: you provide the drawing, the brand and the packaging, we manufacture to it and stay invisible. ODM: you provide the brief and the site constraints, we develop the product, the shop drawings and the packaging.
The reason clients consolidate with us: nine product lines share one colour, one coating and one fixing language. A streetscape can be furnished as a scheme instead of an assembly of unrelated objects bought from eight suppliers.
Phased delivery against a construction programme: bulk items first, feature items to the opening date, spares held for hand-over. Packing lists are phased to match site storage capacity, which is usually the real constraint.
Foam wrap, corner protection, carton or plywood crate, steel-banded bundles for long sections. A loading plan is issued before shipment so container utilisation can be checked, and photographs are taken at each packing stage.
Steel and aluminium products: litter bins, planters, benches, barriers, shelters, booths and signage. Cut, welded, coated and assembled in our own shops.
Plastic bins and sanitation vehicles are produced by specialised partner factories we have worked with over multiple orders, under our inspection and our export documents. We identify the origin on each product line.
Castings, stone bases, HPL panels and lighting components are bought to specification and integrated into our assemblies, so one order arrives complete.
Equipment figures — laser power, maximum material thickness, bending length, number of welding stations, coating line stages and film thickness — are deliberately not published on this page. They are confirmed in writing per quotation, once the actual production route for your product is fixed. If you need them for a tender document, ask and we will issue a signed capability sheet.
