Model JT-WB-S3 · In-house fabrication
A three-aperture outdoor sorting station in 1.2 mm galvanized steel, sized for plazas, transit interchanges and campus entrances where a single litter bin is not enough.
Three separate 60 L liner positions sit behind one lockable front door, so a single operative can service the whole station from the front in under a minute. Apertures are laser-cut to the shape of each waste stream and can be colour-coded, pictogram-labelled or fitted with bilingual plates.
The body is 1.2 mm galvanized steel, zinc-phosphated and polyester powder coated. Fixings are A2 stainless, the top is sloped to shed water away from the apertures, and the base carries drainage slots so wash-down water leaves rather than sitting inside the liner compartment.
Dimensions, stream count, aperture geometry, label artwork and colour are all project-specific. Send the waste-separation scheme and we return a label proof and a shop drawing before production.
Send the model, quantity, destination port and required date. We reply with a price and a shop drawing within 3–5 working days.
