JINGTAI is an integrated public facilities manufacturer. We make street furniture, planters and barriers in steel and aluminium, integrate plastic bins, sanitation vehicles and cast components from partner factories, and supply the result to projects as one coordinated package.
JINGTAI PUBLIC FACILITIES MANUFACTURING CO., LTD. works on the equipment that a city touches every day: the bin on the corner, the bench at the bus stop, the planter along the median, the guardrail at the crossing, the booth at the site gate.
We are organised around integration rather than a single product. Nine product lines — waste bins, plastic bins, sanitation vehicles, planters, seating, barriers, shelters, booths and signage — are engineered to a shared colour, coating and fixing language, so a street, a campus or a hospital entrance can be furnished as one scheme.
Steel and aluminium products are fabricated, coated and assembled in our own shops. Plastic bins and sanitation vehicles are produced by specialised partner factories that we have run multiple orders with, under our inspection regime and our export documentation.
Our clients are the people who have to hand the site over: municipal authorities, hospitals, hotel groups, banks, universities, developers and contractors. They come to us for one reason — a coordinated delivery that removes a category of risk from their programme.

Bin, bench, planter, barrier, shelter, booth and sign from one order, one colour, one document set. Fewer suppliers, fewer finger-pointing conversations on site.
We own the fabrication of the steel and aluminium range, which is why a dimension change is a drawing revision rather than a negotiation with a third party.
Every product line states whether it is made in-house or by a partner factory. Buyers can check the claim, which is the point.
Shop drawings, packing lists, loading plans, material certificates and pre-shipment photo reports — issued as standard, because that is what a project actually requires.
Dimension, colour, aperture, label, logo and packaging changes are normal work, not exceptions. MOQ applies to the batch, not to the idea.
FOB, CIF and DDP shipments with full documentation; packing designed for sea freight and for site storage constraints.

Production runs through four shops: sheet-metal cutting and forming, welding and frame assembly, pre-treatment and powder coating, and final assembly and packing. Sand-cast and die-cast components, plastics and vehicles come from partner factories.
Because coating and assembly sit under the same roof as fabrication, a colour change or a detail revision can be made inside one production cycle instead of being sent out and re-queued.
Photographs of the factory, the shops and completed installations are being catalogued. Until they are published here, please ask for the current photo set — we will send the originals rather than a stock image.
Fibre laser and plasma cutting for sheet and tube, with a punching route for high-volume repetitive parts.
CNC press braking and rolling for panels, posts, frames and curved sections.
MIG and TIG stations for steel and stainless frames, with jigs for repeatable assemblies.
Degreasing and zinc-phosphating before coating, so the powder bonds to a prepared surface rather than to mill scale.
Electrostatic polyester powder coating in any RAL colour, with a separate wood-grain sublimation line for aluminium.
Final assembly, hardware fitting, labelling, foam and crate packing, and container loading.
We will send a factory video walk-through, current production photographs and the contact details of references in your region on request.
Send the product, the quantity, the destination port and the date you need it on site. We reply with a price and a shop drawing — usually within one working day.
