The standard 240 L two-wheel container, moulded to EN 840-5 comb geometry and supplied in the four colours used by most municipal separation schemes.
240 L is the volume most collection schemes are built around: one bin per household, emptied by a two-wheel lifter, washed twice a year. The body is virgin HDPE with UV stabiliser, and the lifting comb is moulded in rather than bolted on, which is where cheaper bins crack.
The lid closes onto a full-perimeter seal, the wheels are solid rubber on a galvanised axle, and every wear part — wheel, axle, lid, comb, pedal — can be replaced without tools beyond a spanner.
Labels, colours and the closing mechanism are configurable; minimum quantity applies to non-standard colours. Send your lifter drawing and we confirm the comb match before the order.
