Thirty-two moulded models from 15 L to 660 L — EN 840 wheelie bins, step-on pedal bins, swing-top bins and yellow clinical-waste containers, produced in series so a whole collection scheme can be equipped from one supply chain.
Plastic bins live a harder life than steel ones: they are lifted, dropped, washed and left in the sun for a decade. The range here is built around that — virgin HDPE bodies with UV stabiliser, reinforced lifting combs that match standard bin-lifters, and lids that still seal after thousands of cycles.
Four families cover the whole chain: 120–660 L wheelie bins for kerbside and estate collection, pedal bins for food courts, offices and hospitals, swing-top bins for streets and parks, and a full clinical-waste family in yellow with pedal or push-lid operation for healthcare and laboratory use.

Filter by series. Each card shows the standard size — send the model and we quote the customized version.

Bodies are produced to EN 840-5 geometry, so the bin fits the standard 2-wheel and 4-wheel lifters already mounted on collection trucks — no adapter, no rejected loads.
Virgin high-density polyethylene with carbon-black or colour-matched UV stabiliser; the body stays ductile in cold weather instead of cracking at the rim.
Steel pedal spindle in a moulded housing, stainless pivot pin and a lid that closes onto a full-perimeter seal — the parts that fail first on cheap bins are the parts specified here.
Green, blue, red, grey, black and yellow bodies with matched lids; waste-stream labels can be applied at the factory to your scheme, including bilingual and pictogram-only versions.

The wheelie range is moulded to EN 840-5 comb geometry, which is the profile used by the majority of European and export-market bin lifters. Send us the lifter drawing or a photo and we will confirm the match before the order.
Yes. Labels are applied in the factory — in-mould, self-adhesive or hot-stamp — in the languages and pictograms of your scheme. Artwork is proofed as a PDF before production.
Green, blue, red, grey, black and yellow are standard for the wheelie range; clinical bins are supplied yellow with the biohazard mark. Other colours are available against a minimum quantity.
Wheels, axles, lids, pedal assemblies and lifting combs are all replaceable and can be shipped as a spares kit with the container — the practical way to keep a municipal fleet running.
