Galvanizing happens before painting, at 70 μm inside and out, then the section is powder coated. That combination is what survives de-icing salt: a painted-only barrier starts rusting at the cut edges in the first winter.
Modules bolt together with anti-theft fasteners at 2000 mm centres. The planter version shares the same foundation, giving a median a barrier and a greening function from one excavation.
Height, colour, cap profile and planter width are set per project. Layout drawings, post-setting plans and anchor details are issued with every order.
