Street Cleaning & Sanitation Vehicles

Street cleaning is a sequence, not a single machine: litter collection, bin emptying, road sweeping, washing and bulk transport. This range is organised along that sequence, so a municipal fleet can be specified as one package rather than assembled from five suppliers.

Electric tricycles and four-wheel utility vehicles handle footways, plazas and residential lanes; ride-on sweepers and scrubbers cover car parks and industrial floors; and the truck-mounted line — compactors, bin washers, water tankers, dust suppressors and guardrail washers — takes over on arterial roads and at transfer stations.

Tricycles, sweepers and trucks share a colour, signage and body-detail language, so a city fleet reads as one service — which matters when the public is watching.

Electric drive for silent shifts

48–72 V DC drivetrains with 20–130 km range, chosen for early-morning collection in residential areas where noise complaints decide the schedule.

Bodies matched to the bins in use

Bin-lift and tipper bodies are dimensioned around 120/240/660 L containers, with the lifting geometry confirmed against the bins your collection scheme already uses.

Service and spares

Wear parts — brushes, squeegees, hydraulic seals, controller and battery packs — are listed as a spares kit, and a maintenance manual is issued with each unit.

Frequently asked

Can the vehicles be road-registered in our country?

The tricycle and four-wheel range is normally supplied as off-road or low-speed municipal equipment. For road registration we need the target market's requirements before the order, and will confirm which model and documentation set applies.

Which electrical standard is used?

48 V, 60 V or 72 V DC with an on-board charger; charger input voltage and plug type are matched to the destination market. Lead-acid is standard, lithium packs are available on request.

Do you supply spare parts and training?

A spares kit (brushes, squeegees, seals, controller, battery) ships with the container, and a maintenance manual is provided. On-site training can be arranged for fleet orders.

What is the lead time for a fleet?

Typically 30–45 days for the first batch, depending on model mix, plus sea freight. We ship in containers with a loading plan that keeps vehicles and spares together.
